For those of us on the go and have to use a “Fast Food” choice, go to Chipotle:
Fajita bowl with extra fajitas, skip the rice and beans, double meat of your choice, any salsa but the corn one, extra lettuce, guacamole, and no cheese and sour cream. Enjoy!

A friend from back home in Seattle runs his own Crossfit affiliate. They finished a paleo challenge a couple months ago and compiled some recipes on their website. Some won’t qualify as strict paleo but at least it gives you ideas.

I plan to try out the Spiced Applesauce cake if I can come up with something to replace the Stevia.

    Here’s L& L Hawaiian BBQ’s paleo treat (located on Coleman…)

I usually order the BBQ beef. Skip the rice and the macaroni salad, and request additional veggies instead. They’ll add on steamed broccoli and carrots. If you want to avoid the marinade, try their kahlua pork which is smoked and wrapped in taro leaf. If you want to go gung ho.. order their garlic shrimp– it also comes with a salad and rice (just skip the rice…)

There is Ed’s Diner (located several blocks from our gym… on Aldo street corner Lafayette…)

Graemme, Craig and I have frequented this place. They serve breakfast, lunch and/or dinner anytime of the day. Graemme and I even went there just before 9pm and ordered an omellette. I had their “spinach and bacon” omellette. I’ve also tried their Joe’s special (with ground beef, mushrooms, onions). Turn down the hashbrowns and/or toast and request “avocados” instead. They’ve been more than happy to accomodate our request. Most of their omellettes are under $8 too! Oh, and that same night, the guy must’ve felt sorry for us because we ordered a breakfast omellette, he asked if we wanted more meat in it and an additional egg. We both said, “SURE!”
